Madeleine Lambert researches the capacity of health systems to provide equitable and high quality services to vulnerable populations in the pursuit of  Universal Health Coverage. She supports an array of project teams, including providing considerable technical inputs for Aceso Global’s work on population targeting mechanisms for the Joint Learning Network. Prior to joining Aceso Global, she was a Research Fellow at the Georgetown Global Health Initiative where she studied the impact of rising non-communicable diseases in low- and middle-income countries. Ms. Lambert also served as an intern at Medecins Sans Frontieres where she provided administrative and research support for the Medical Department. She received a BSFS in Science, Technology and International Affairs from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She speaks Spanish and Indonesian.
